Here is a little bit of history about my fitness. I used to work up 5 days a week when I was in high school. As soon as I graduated I moved out and got a full time job, that pretty much ended my working out. Before I got married I worked out around two times a week but I didn't feel like I had any guidance so I didn't see any results. Once I got married we started trying a have a baby. I got married in April of 2011 and was pregnant by July. I didn't work out my entire pregnancy. Now that my daughter is 15 months old I was sick and tried of feeling crappy and looking fat! So I am taking steps to live healthier for my daughter and myself. I started running in April 2013 pushing my daughter in a jogging stroller. I ran my first 5k in June 2013. I run at least 5 days a week. I try and run 3 miles each time. I am not a fast runner by any means but I never thought I would like running but it is so relaxing. I turn my youtube on my phone and just listen to vlogs.
I have started to juice a lot. I just purchased some protein powder and work out enhancer (I think that is what it is called.) I plan to do reviews on all the products.
