WHAT AM I GOING TO DO!!!
I just recently found a great deal at Costco for C4. Since I purchased it my husband and I have decided to start TTCing. So well I can't continuing taking C4 for fear of hurting the baby. So now what! I love the feeling when I take C4. I really does work.
I think I am going to go back to taking my Gfuel. It doesn't give me the tingly feeling C4 gives me but Gfuel did help a lot. I am going to talk more with my doctor before doing anything but the ingredients in gfuel are all natural and it doesn't make my heart race.
I did purchase for grape fruit juice. I know grape fruit are great for fat burning but I have found the sugars in grape fruit really give me a "rush." I don't know if it is the sugars or just the sour flavor. Once I am drinking the juice daily and I will let you know how I feel but I have only drank it as a "preworkout" once.

RESULTS, Routines, and baby #2
The below photo was taken last week (February 1st 2014).
Well so now my husband and I have decided to have baby number 2. Please read my other blog for more info on the "baby making updates." As far as the fitness side of life. My goal is to stay active as long as possible. This summer I want to run with my daughter and go to the gym as much as possible.
Gym Routine
My normal gym routine during the week is my alarm goes off at 4 and 4:30. I don't know why but I feel so much better when I get a 30 minute cat nap before really getting up for the day. So I like to be at the gym before 5am. I like to start with cardio. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do more cardio because the gym gets really busy at 5:30 because they have a group fitness class in the back so it is hard to move around. I LOVE weekend early morning workouts. Today the entire time I was at the gym there was only 1 person other person there. I like to try new things at that time so if I don't do something right I don't look stupid. :) I really hate running on a treadmill. I can do about 15 minutes at a time and I get so board I have to do something else. I can't wait until this spring!!
After I do some cardio I stretch and lift weights. If you would like I could go into more detail about what I do with weights etc.

Product Review-Gamma Labs-Gfuel
Disclaimer-I have never tried a product like this before. I wasn't paid by Gamma Labs to review this product. This is my personal opinion only.
So here is the low down. Since I started running and working out I wanted to try something that could give me boost of energy without the gitters. I LOVE watching Youtube videos while I run. Everyday I make sure I watch Justkeepsweating & TrulyJess. Anyways, Carlyn of Justkeepsweating always talks about G Fuel. I thought I would try it out. Here is a little bit of back ground on the product. G Fuel is a sugar free but it gives you a boost of energy. There are four different flavors, pink lemonade, blue ice, fruit punch, and lemon lime.
Review-So Saturday I decided to try the pink lemonade for the first time. I was tired but my daughter was taking a nap so I knew I had to go to the gym right then if I was going to workout at all that day. So I mixed 12oz of water and the G Fuel in a glass. I drank the drink. The flavor was AWESOME. It literally just tasted like pink lemonade. Next time I think I would put it in a bottle so I could really get the powder mixed better. I didn't mix the drink up very well so there was some powder at the bottom. Anyways, I left for the gym about 10 minutes later. It was so weird because as I was on my way to the gym I had the sudden urge to move. Do you know what I mean when you just feel like you just got out of bed from a 12 sleep. :) Come on we all have done it. My work out was great. I didn't have any gitters I just worked out HARD.
Overall Thoughts-I would give this product 4.5 out of 5 only because you really need to make sure the product is mixed up good. Go to www.gammalabs.com to try the products. You can get 8 individual packages for $6. I know I don't want to have to spend a ton of money on something I don't know if I am going to like.

Intro
Hello All! My name is Jessica (hints the name), I am from the Midwest. I live in the middle of no where. I am married with a 15 month old daughter. This blog is going to be about my road to a healthy lifestyle. I plan on taking you along for the ups and downs.
Here is a little bit of history about my fitness. I used to work up 5 days a week when I was in high school. As soon as I graduated I moved out and got a full time job, that pretty much ended my working out. Before I got married I worked out around two times a week but I didn't feel like I had any guidance so I didn't see any results. Once I got married we started trying a have a baby. I got married in April of 2011 and was pregnant by July. I didn't work out my entire pregnancy. Now that my daughter is 15 months old I was sick and tried of feeling crappy and looking fat! So I am taking steps to live healthier for my daughter and myself. I started running in April 2013 pushing my daughter in a jogging stroller. I ran my first 5k in June 2013. I run at least 5 days a week. I try and run 3 miles each time. I am not a fast runner by any means but I never thought I would like running but it is so relaxing. I turn my youtube on my phone and just listen to vlogs.
I have started to juice a lot. I just purchased some protein powder and work out enhancer (I think that is what it is called.) I plan to do reviews on all the products.
